Hi Paul! I hope things are well for the Thomas family!

Hi Kim. Things are good. I've been running but not logging the miles very regularly. I had my first 40+ mile week in a long time this week. I took 2nd place (again) in our neighborhood 5K Fun Run. After 3 years of injuries, I'm finally beginning to feel a little like the runner I used to be (knock on wood). After several 5:00+ marathons in recent years, my goal is 4:30 for UVM in 3 weeks, sub-4:00 for SGM this year, and back closer to 3:30 for SGM next year...aged body willing.

The family is doing well. The normal bits of adversity, a few trying trials, but overall very blessed.

I hope all is well with you and yours. I was glad to hear you and Tom were okay after the Boston Marathon tragedy. What you, and so many others, had to endure was far more difficult than if you had just finished normally. I admire how you and Tom, and so many others, rose to the challenge and finished so well.
